TV shows I watch
The Wire (probably the best writing TV has known), Arrested Development, 30 Rock, The Office, Family Guy, The Simpsons (though not often anymore), House,
Dexter, Weeds, Flight of the Conchords, and I'm sure I'm missing some.
Books that moved me
Cat's Cradle, Breakfast of Champions (really almost anything Vonnegut), The Stand, The Shining, the entire Gunslinger series (and really just about
anything King), The Grapes of Wrath (it seems to be slipping from my memory, but I remember liking it quite a bit)....and again, I'm sure I'm leaving
out things.
Interesting facts about me
I am not a doctor. MD are my initials. I like to write (more creative - but discussion boards can keep the ink from crusting over the tip of the pen), play
guitar, spend time with my wife and son (born Dec. 1), read (favorite authors are Kurt Vonnegut and Stephen King), and spend more time than an adult should
with my PS3 (this line seems like so long ago, but in a good way....replace PS3 time with "Son Time" or sleep)....among other things.
md-sportsandstuff.blogspot.com - is my personal blog, which I update less often than I should, but it's hard to keep updating without any feedback....so, go there and call me an idiot or whatever you wish to call me. I use Twitter, but not to tweet - only to get the updates from people like Mike Fisher, Marc Stein, etc.
